1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using DTT Ireland ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

DTT Ireland is a mobile application designed to help users prepare for the Irish RSA driving theory test. The App provides practice questions, mock exams, scenario simulations, and study tools. It is an independent study aid and is not affiliated with the Road Safety Authority (RSA) of Ireland.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use DTT Ireland. The App is primarily intended for users aged 17 and over who are preparing for an Irish driving licence. By using the App, you represent that you meet these age requirements.

4. Account Registration

You may use the App anonymously or create an account using Google Sign-In. If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

5. Premium Purchase

DTT Ireland offers a one-time in-app Premium purchase (€1.99) that removes all advertising and unlocks all ad-gated scenario plays. This is a one-time payment processed through Google Play Billing (Android) or Huawei AppGallery Connect (Huawei devices). There is no subscription and no automatic renewal. All purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by applicable law. Purchases are tied to your Google Play or AppGallery account and may be restored if reinstalling the App on the same account.

6. Content and Intellectual Property

The questions in DTT Ireland are sourced from the official RSA question bank, which is publicly available. All other content, design, code, scenario simulations, and materials in the App are the intellectual property of the developer (blue0orbit) and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the App or its content without prior written permission from the developer.

7. Accuracy of Content

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that questions and answers are accurate and up to date with the current RSA question bank. However, we cannot guarantee that all content is free from errors or that it reflects the most current RSA syllabus at all times. DTT Ireland is a study aid only — passing mock exams in the App does not guarantee passing the official RSA theory test.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that it will meet your specific requirements. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the App or inability to use the App.

10. Third-Party Services

The App integrates third-party services including Google Firebase, Google AdMob, Unity Ads, and Cloudflare. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of these third parties.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or if we determine that your use of the App is harmful to us or other users.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be effective when posted. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.
